[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Regarding Balance Deduct from my accont . | |||
I (madan lal) have account in your icici bank manimajra chandigarh branch. on 04.11.2014 at 5:08pm from my account there was three transactions happen but i havn't done these transactions. first transaction was of Rs.25000 .00, 2nd was of Rs. 50000.00 and 3rd one was of Rs.7500.00 . I havn't know how these transactions happen. At noon 1:39pm a person was calling me, then i attend call and they told me that I m calling from icici debit card customer care center, wants to query regarding your debit card no. that we have allotted you last month on your request when i have lost my debit card and sent you a request for issuing me new debit card . But i have refused to share any information with him related to my account.Then he and another person were calling me again and again, they told me that they wants to close my previous complaint that i have done because i havn't receive my debit card at that time, so i have complaint after suggesting customer care person. then i receive my Debit card from bank after delaying few days. Bank regret to me this kind of delay. They told me all these informations, that was between me, bank and customer care centre. Then person told me they want to sure that i have received my debit card.Then i told only my debit card no., after few minutes my balance was deduct as i written above.they have my full address and bank detail so i was sure.Now my Rs.82500.00 has been deducted. calling person no.was[protected]...please Resolve my problem as soon as possible.
