[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Regarding charge reversal | |
I have been charged for 590 rs from my bank account by the bank for "non char_ad_rtn_chrg_tpslsip" on date 23.11.2020 due to non maintenance of funds for auto debit for mutual fund. However, despite of payment of installment through my credit card on 06.11.2020 I was being penalized for not paying the insurance amount to the mutual fund (this was happened as result of non-maintenance of funds in my account). I was not being informed anytime before charged also I did not anticipate this because I had already paid my due amount the way I have been from the past 5 years. I here by request you to see this issue holistically and do the needful to provide the charge reversal.
