ICICI Bank — Regarding Deduction of MAB

I am sorry to say but you are just trying to fool people by taking their hard earned money without even informing them. As I earlier said my account was opened as salary account and at that time your representative didn't said anything regarding the mab charges or whatsover.And even when you are deducted amount from my account I didn't get
even one msg or call or mail of deduction, what is this behaviour, are you trying to take money by fraudulent means in which you don't even notify the account holder about the deduction.

This is really a tough time for everyone so I request you to please reverse my amount.
I am hoping for a quick response.
