Respected sir/madam, i have an account with u in civil lines faizabad branch, my account number is[protected]. I had made a transaction of Rs.50, 000 on 05/10/2016 to Akansha automobiles using my ATM at Rudrapur. But the amount was neither credited to Akansha Automobiles nor reverted back to my account. hence its my humble request to you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful. i will be highly obliged.
