ICICI Bank — Related to mobile Recharge

Hi, I have recharged mobile on 12-Sep-2014 for Rs.100 twice and both the transactions were failed. I waited for 3 days form then, even after which I did not receive the amount back. I am not able to connect to Rajasthan customer care number . I need you to track these complaints and let me know the status of the same.My Mobile Number is [protected]
