[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Request to convert outstanding amount to EMI but bank calling torturing, humiliating and coming to my home

Sub: - ICICI Bank is not settling my credit card amount and converting my total outstanding amount to EMI. The Bank people are calling and coming to my house and humiliating and torturing me. Dear Sir, For last 2 months I am requesting ICICI Band Credit card to settle the total outstanding amount and close the credit card and convert total outstanding amount into EMI of my comfortable amount per month. I do not want to continue with credit card. ICICI Bank Credit card people are calling me and torturing me. Now their field officer are also coming to my home and humiliating me in front of my neighbor. I do have the total amount to pay but I can manage if it is converted to EMI. I have called the ICICI Bank Credit Card and put the request for same. The request NO is SR[protected]. ICICI Bank Credit card not responding for my request. I do not think that field officer or authorized person from any other agencies can come to my house and torture me and humiliate me in front of my neighbor.
