Hi, Amazon pay credit card number- [protected]. I have been charged Intrest amount of approx Rs:3000/-. In Feb statement. It was just 2 days delay & it was for the first time as i was not in India so i wasn't able to receive any otp or messages on my number. I have registered complaint with customer care as well saying that they will be calling to discuss the same. But i never received any call. Request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than discontinuing this credit card. According to RBI rule you can't charge late fee if payment is done within 3 days from Due date. Haven't received any update on this yet it's been more than 2 months.
