ICICI Bank — Revoke levied of fine and taxes for Credit Card dues delay payment

In my last ICICI Bank Credit Card statement you have levied fine and taxes to Rs. 590/- for delay payment. Because of frequent network problem in my locality and other errors in server, I could not deposit CC dues in time inspite of my all efforts but, in very next moment after restoration of network I have deposited the Credit card dues. I m a sincere customer and such type of incidence I have never made in past. By levy such a big amount as fine it will be pressured on me. But in my ICICI account sufficient funds were available for debit and credit into CC Account. Which would be initiated by Bankside. So please reimburse the late fine dues and taxes levied on me. I ensure ICICI Bank, such type cases will not be occurred further.
