[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ridiculous and pathetic service

My father having a saving account no. *3680 in saharanpur.
I would like to bring to your notice that icici bank branch in saharanpur court road, saharanpur is providing the ridiculous and pathetic service ever from the date of opening account till now.

Facing problems:
1. Commitment on fds and also i do not know if the staff is not trained properly or if they are just trying to achieve targets but this is almost like cheating
2. Each and every time they want an application.
3. Branch manager was not in the bank.
4. Wrongly account maintance charges from 2010 to 2015.
5. Deputy branch manager don’t know how to talk with customer and argued.
6. Wrongly atm maintance charges.
7. Even they raise a complaint request in december 2017 till now no solution was provided to me.
8. I submitted a kyc documents 2 times in branch they don’t give any receiving.
9. Many more issues are having with me.
They should understand the need of their customer. There is no backup person as well and the way they respond shows their irresponsibility. I am completely fed up with the service of icici bank and decided to close the savings account and debit card
I do not know if the staff is not trained properly or if they are just trying to achieve targets but this is almost like cheating.
I requested to you, kindly take it seriously, and escalated this case to higher management.

Yes I have experienced same problem with ICICI Bank. It was a joint account and they asked for KYC of second holder. Upon submitting the form and documents, they did not give any acknowledgement and after a few months blocked the account stating that KYC is not done.

You are not alone. This is ICICI Bank's habitual behavior.

In which branch and where it is?
@rahulyahoo's - I had submitted the KYC documents at Pune Aundh Branch of ICICI way back in 2016. The officer who collected the docs from me was Mr. Kapil Dhotre. He confidently said that no acknowledgement will be given and rest assured it will get processed. A few months later you blocked the account stating that the KYC is not done.

Your KYC process & the electronic system that tracks the KYC is faulty. As even other customers seem to have raised a concern on this forum, I thought of sharing my previous similar experience.
