Dear Sir, I am Aditya Singh customer of your Bank I have total 5 Savings Account of my family including me in your Adityapur Branch. Today my father was going in branch for deposit cash but I was lost my mother's Account welcome kit so I have no account number of my Mother, s Account & deposit in same account so my mother was given all details Name, Address, Registered mobile number to Mr Kamal but he was not given account Number to my mother & he was very hard & bad behaviour with my father & my mother & my mother was demanding Statement & passbook but he will directly refused for given so I am complain against Mr Kamal Employee of Adityapur Branch ICICI Bank Jharkhand Saraikela Kharsawan for miss behaviour with customer please take action other wise I will withdrawal all FD, RD & closed all account of ICICI Bank My Mother account Details given below Acc No[protected] Reg Mb no [protected] Thanks & Regards, Aditya Singh Was this information helpful? | |||
