[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Rs199 deducted from my icici account in Feb and march, 2021 | |
My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received: Dear Customer, transaction of INR 199.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX314 on 04-Mar-21. Info: VSI*AMAZON ST. The Available Balance is INR 13, 066.64. Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 314 to [protected] I have not made any such transactions and I do not have any auto renewal subscriptions. I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation. Apparently there are other icici customers with the same issue and this is a common occurrence. I would like get it resolved this issue soon with my deducted amount reverted to my account. Was this information helpful? | |
