[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Rude behavior of a Marketing Agen

Hello

I just received a call from an ICICI agent trying to sell some product of ICICI.

The lady agent was absolutely rude and i dont think had manners to talk to a customer

She gave me a call at 7:13 PM to sell a product all I asked her was, Is this a time to call a customer, She in return was asking what is the time you tell me.

Seriously is this how someone is trained to talk and sell products for a branded bank ICICI.

first of these marketing people do not even know to talk and second does not have customer service etiquettes.

The call i got was from [protected] and did sound like a frustrated human being whos target were not met'
