Without any notice, ICICI bank has deducted 590 rupees with Transaction Description: ECSRTNCHG070421_SR[protected] Transaction ID: SB498800 Date: 09 Apr '21 Amount: 590 I want proper justification and money back. This has happened several times with small amounts. This cannot be tolerated. The bank should intimate any deductions like this or a simple SMS/email would suffice.
