ICICI Bank — Setup fee charged for someone else's EDC machine.

I was charged a sum of Rs.22472 on[protected], under the pretext of setup fee for machine with MID 50671652. Howver, I have not registered any kind of machine or approved any new EDC machine at my premises. I just have a single EDC machine with MID 74114331. I am trying to make the customer care executives of ICICI Merchant Care, but they just keep on saying that a new EDC machine is registered from my end, and they would not be able to reverse the charges. This is a really stupid reason, and I hope I get some resolution from here. If not, I would be forced to take legal action against ICICI Bank, since it is a very huge amount.
