My name is Tejendra Pratap Verma, my A/C no[protected] in Community center delhi and they made 2 deduction of SMAB Chgs-Jan14+Stax 43.26 393.26 without any information.
how they can deduct without giving information to customer.my Contact no- is [protected]
Please help me.


and previously..this kind of deductions not yet done..so how can they can do without any informations...give me the favour for this..rubbish activities.

I have just an estatment from ICICI bank that it had deducted SMAB charges of Rs. 1203.23 from my account wothout any prior information. Please revert this amount immediately and let me know why it was done.

If issue is not resolved i'l take it to higher authority, as per RBI norm ao amount be deducted without any prior information to customer in any case.
