ICICI Bank — Some amount get Auto debited from my account

Today i.e on March 8th I got a message notification that some amount of money got deducted from my account. When I logged into my imobile account and checked for the respective transaction, it is showing as VIS/RAZ Lagom. But I didn't perform any transaction and the money got deducted from my account without any OTP approval also. Please resolve this issue ASAP
