ICICI Bank — Status update about cc | |||||
Have applied cc from icici bank. No status update/ invalid tracking is provided on the kyc document slip. Its been 3 weeks, but no official confirmation via mail/msg has been processed. Tried to contact the customer care, however turned out to be highly unresponsive. Never expected this kind o[censored]nfair treatment meted out to customers who have been active on the platform for quite a long time. The number which is provided in the kyc seems to ring for a long duration, however no response Request the authorities to kindly expedite the issue and provide a valid reason for the delay. KYC is a good process. But authorities should see practical issues.
Most banks take away money from the accounts online when we make investments such as insurance etc. To pay the benefits, they will send physical cheques!!! to the address as per the KYC; which will be after few years. They even do not ask you, advise you before sending. Why they cannot pay into the account online? This is a high level scheme to rob people.
