[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — submitted the proof given but the amount is still showing in my bill

I placed a complain earlier for the same issue but no solution was provided.
I ordered a product on 29th september 2019.
The transaction was declined by the bank but till date it comes in my bill as an emi.
My card number is [protected]
I emailed them the proof that flipkart gave me regarding the same issue that the transaction was declined by the bank and no refund had to be issued but they have again sent me a bill for that and already 3 emi are paid. I request you to look in the matter and cancel the emi and refund the payment that has already been deducted from my bank

Good day, I have paid online EB payment on 1st December 2019 amount 4601 /_.
amount not created to EB account.
But particular amount showed my ICICI savings account debeted the same amount.

Kindly refund the particular amount

I had been charged as posdec charges thrice in my account of (29.50 x3) after searched in google i saw it was charges declined during the online payment but as per my record i never got any decline message where ever i used. need clarification on this one.

I have not received the Fastag, which I applied on 4th Nov.
I have a got message that is was returned back.

But I had raised the request to once again to post the Fastag but yet to receive it.

Most of the time customer care number is mostly is unreachable.

Fastag ordered from ICICI Bank site not yet received on Dec 17, 2019 and there is no update so far. Both the Customer Care nos. doesn't go through. Customer ID has been generated and it is 11975056. Had raised a complaint on Friday, still no response. Pathetic Service by ICICI Bank.
