ICICI Bank — Transferring fund issue

Dear Sir, I want to complain about branch manager A K Malhotra and employee karan kapoor of branch noida sec-11 They are not transfering my fund to me and asking for bribe for doing same. They have told that my file is ok for transfering. I have given near about[protected] as investment for clearing file for different issue arise and I have some call recording of same . Now I have no money to give then they are not giving my money
