[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Unable to add Payee NRE

I have opened NRE Account, Its been more than 4 days since the account is open and active. I'm trying to add a payee, but it is keep erroring out with reason "Addition of new payee can be done only after 24 hours of a mobile number udpate." i have waited too many 24 hours already. its is urgent and i need to transfer money, and now the money is kinda locked down in ICICI account and unable to take it out. I'm planning to close the account if it is not resolved in a day.
