ICICI Bank — Unable to Reach ICICI Bank Customer Care [[protected]]

I am using ICICI Bank Credit Card. I am unable to reach their Customer Care while trying many times to resolve my problem. After selecting the required menu on Voice Call it say "Thanks for calling ICICI Bank" and call disconnected. Further, their team do not respond to Emails. The Chatbot they have created is irritating and does not resolve the problem. Further, the executive on Live Chat also disconnected saying some issue related to server. I am unable to carry out online Transactions using my Credit Card as I am receiving secured OTP on my registered Mobile no. I don't understand whom to compliant as they are not reachable.
