ICICI Bank — Unauthorised amount deducted by the bank

I can see in my bank account statement that bank has charged Rs. 757.
DMC/DP charges till April 21 on 25th May, 2021.
I haven't used their demat account since inception and moreover when their representative gave the demat card, he told me that it is free of cost.
Also, I was not informed about this charge and I haven't received any sort of intimation via SMS and email from the bank regarding the transaction.
Kindly refund the amount and close the demat account which I have never used.
