[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unauthorised late fee and intrest add in dispute transaction, Send me settlement amoun to clear actual Due | |||
I raised complaints dispute transaction done 10 months back over my debit card having account number[protected] around 55000 Rs and icici Bank mention we are in waiting with merchant and update you soon, And after 10 months later bank comeup with 82000 Rs due amount by adding late fee and intrest that not part of solutions and now he block my all amount and transaction and account and forcing me to give all amount that he generated by give me time which is not acceptable, Even I was got fraud I asked icici team I will to get rides this problem by giving you actually dispute amount of 55000 because it's will make my life hell. Still ICICI bank not give me any middle solutions and forcing me to give amount by deduct 20000 Rs from my account and make my account in negative balance -62000 not picking my phone after 2 hours waiting time.
