[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unauthorized charges cut due to non usage of pos machine | |||
We have a Restaurant in Farrukhabad and we have been using ICICI Bank POS Machine for last couple of years now . These Private Banks have these Norms that if you don’t use the POS Machine for 45 days - they deduct Rs.20, 000 + Rs.5500 from the account of the Vendor . Sir, We understand that these rules are important but these are pandemic times and most of the business were shut due to forced lock down by the Government - by virtue of no business - no labour to work or no customer to serve . Our restaurant was also closed for 2-3 months’ time due to the same . Restaurant business is one of the business which is most hit by this pandemic . We have been requesting ICICI bank for refunding our money back but they are simply not listening . Sir, this is totally unfair practise by the Banks and they are fleecing the customers of their hard earned money in these difficult times of business survival . We would kindly request to help us in the matter as we have been regularly complaining against them[protected] with no one listening or answering to our query, the call centre keep closing our file on each complaint .
