[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unethical Behaviour by ICICI collection department representative "Mubasshir" | |||
I had faced very arrogant, loud and unprofessional behavior of one of the customer representative naming "Mubasshir" from Mumbai ICICI collection department. He was just screaming so loud on the call and not listening to the concern I was trying to convey. I wanted to know the reasons for myself getting charged extra on credit card bill even after clearing entire outstanding balance. His wordings were like " We do not know anything, first do the entire payment or minimum due and then we will see" or "bring the proof(Request number) if you have spoken to any representative earlier who told you that there is no amount due pending". I only expected him to speak polite as we are their customers and there should be a professionalism between both o[censored]s but apparently he has crossed the limits and hence I was forced to complaint or escalate such representative. Being a customer for more than 7 years I am hoping that such concerns would get addressed by ICICI so as to build a healthy Repo between customer and bank. Truly hoping to see some improvement.
