ICICI Bank — Unkown amout deducted by icici from my account

Hi m seeing my Account its salary account,
some amount Rs. 575 got deducted and details is 02221113 DP CHGS TILL MAY-16. i checked on website many complain already registed for this fraud...
As this is my salary Account when i opend they by default open demat account and when i called customercare that time they told its free of cost... now they deducted 575 rs from my Account... when i called customer care now they cut my call.

No one contacted me and no one replied me also on this Issue... I sent mail... I know once u did fraud who cars now...
