With reference to the above I request that the following charges you are debited in my December account shall be reversed due to the whole outstanding balance which I was remitted on 16th of January 2015. The telephonic conversation with Ms.Swaroopa your phone banking Officer refused to reverse the same. Card no.4375 xxxx xxxx 9002 ( which I was not using ) Service tax : 61.80 Annual fee second year : 500.00 Annual fee for card 5003 : 750.00 Over limit fee : 500.00 Fee levied for cash payment : 100.00 Interest charges : 3022.24 Service tax : 373.55 [protected]--- 5307.59 ================ The above amount shall be reversed and kindly cancel my credit card with immediate effect. Please do the needful immediately if not I am forced to submit complaint against the bank at Banking Ombudsman, Trivandrum.
