[Resolved] ICICI Bank — unwanted charges without intemation for card- [protected] | |||
Dear sir, I took ICICI credit card long back... things going smooth but without permission they stop my statements. After written complaint to then they confirm me over phone that they stop the statement for global reason- paper saving even at time of taking card & during this incident I told many time that I need hard copy but still Now from March’2015 – may’15 I didn’t received any hard copy & soft copy of statement and after so much one statement I got is carrying huge taxes on late fee & interest. When these ppl without informing stop the statement then why and how I’m liable for to pay charges Need solution and justices by waving all unnecessary charges for smooth process and working ahead Was this information helpful? | |||
