ICICI Bank — Unwanted ECSRT Deduction & incorrect balance update | |
Hi, I have taken few items via snapmint and the EMI is on 3rd Of every month. I have 2 EMI's which is 1127 & 1172 each. I have deposited around 2500 in my account. However the next day I received a message from Snapmint that the EMI is not paid upon checking I saw negative 24k balance in my account and ECS was deducted 7 times. 478, 590, 690, 272, 590, 300 & 346. The negative balance is showing for ICIC paylater which I had already paid couple of days ago. It is showing no dues pending in my Paylater account however negative balance is reflecting. Please help in resolving as I have lost so much money. Was this information helpful? | |
