ICICI Bank — Unwanted Penalty Imposed on Expired Credit Card and Lien Amount Imposed on Debit Account | |
Hi Team, This is very pathetic to say that ICICi is imposing an unwanted penalty on my account on an expired credit card whose Card number is [protected]. New Card has been issued against the expired Credit card but the outstanding amount does not carry forward to the new card and now ICICI is charging a penalty on the expired card. Few Days Lien Amount already deducted from my Account[protected] Rs. 2190/ on 15 April 2021- Now again i received msg that Rs. 2764.14/- amount will also be deducted due to which i am escalating. If this issue wouldn't be sorted out, I will file a complaint in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |
