ICICI Bank — Unwanted Penalty Imposed on Expired Credit Card and Lien Amount Imposed on Debit Account

Hi Team,
This is very pathetic to say that ICICi is imposing an unwanted penalty on my account on an expired credit card whose Card number is [protected].
New Card has been issued against the expired Credit card but the outstanding amount does not carry forward to the new card and now ICICI is charging a penalty on the expired card.

Few Days Lien Amount already deducted from my Account[protected] Rs. 2190/ on 15 April 2021-
Now again i received msg that Rs. 2764.14/- amount will also be deducted due to which i am escalating.

If this issue wouldn't be sorted out, I will file a complaint in consumer court.
