ICICI Bank — UPI transaction on the payment gateway was processed from my account & money was deducted but didn't get received on the other end | |
On 24th October, 2020, 01:13 PM I logged in to www.allen.ac.in for fees submission. Then I proceeded with transaction of ₹500/- via ICICI payment gateway through my UPI ID [protected]@paytm. Merchant UPI ID is [protected]@icici. The UPI reference number for the transaction is[protected]. The transaction was successful from my side & amount was deducted from my bank account, but the receiver end didn't generate any acknowledgement for the same & showed no transaction occurred. Hence, I want the refund for my deducted amount. Was this information helpful? | |
