[Resolved] ICICI Bank — VSI WWW MONEY - 999 deducted

AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my icici account with the name of VSI*WWW MONEY. I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

when i am trying to reach out to them through the number mentioned on the transaction statement, it was not connecting to support team.

as a bank. its their duty to mention at least the details on their website or any chat support.

Please share this complaint with their respective teams and share the required information with me.

I also got the same transfer to VSI WWW.MONEY which I have not approved or anything, without at least even asking for OTP how was this transaction approved?

I got got deducted same transfer to VSI WWW.MONEY which I have not approved or anything, without an OTP how was this transaction approved? When approached bank they are not able to give the detail of the merchandizer or any from their side. How can we keep money in the bank with trust??
