[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Without my knowledge they have debited emi amt from my savings account | |||
I have requested for a change my EMI date and from every month of 15th to 1st of every month and they said it will take minimum of 2 month and without giving any further intimation they have changed within a month and on second of this month i have received a call stating that i havn't had a sufficient balance in my account and i spoke with them very clearly sir this what happened and they said ok we will till 15th since the mistake is from our end and on 6th feb 2016 i have transfer the amount of 49800 to pay for my credit card they have blocked and charged a lien amount against the emi and when i called and spoke with cust care people saying that the date was from 1st feb even without any prior message or email send to me saying that the EMI date as changed i fought with them and they have final transfer to some other dept and after this happened again i got a call from icici people saying that still the amount haven't been payed for EMI and i told him that this is what happened and they are saying that this not our problem you have to pay EMI on so and so date and saying that and keep on calling me and disturbing my sleep, since i work in shift and i have explained to bank people.. i need a justice on his if not then i have to move legally and i have request for a document of date change they are denying. i need you to take necessary action against this Was this information helpful? | |||
