WORST, CHEATING, LYING, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS icici bank specially Khopoli branch.

This is to raise a complaint against your branch manager tushar patil and deputy manager sangya jain(Khopoli Branch) and siddesh kolvankar (Tardeo branch) for unnecessarily harassing me for issuing an authority letter for withdrawing the payment. And why would I do so because somebody in their branch had mistakenly deposited in my account and the money was already been blocked.

But sorry to tell you there were repetitive mobile calls (7calls) from 17:24 hrs - 19:00 hrs. firstly from sangya jain then tushar patil and then siddesh kolvankar([protected], [protected] and [protected]) though telling them you can reverse the money but still they were giving me a stern warning that I can't use the money even after blocking money from my account and secondly when talking to sangya jain she was giving my CALL TO that CHEATER, FRAUD and FAKE agent geeta kokje(Khopoli branch) why she can't talk to me being a deputy manager. And thirdly when talking to your agents tushar patil and siddesh kolverkar they were literally making a fun while talking on mobile, this being a serious matter and they were laughing in between the calls and making fun of me which was intolerable and kindly take a strict and serious action against these ###.

When the time was when I needed a help from your branch manager at 05:00 pm the help was denied saying that they don't work after 04:30 pm but today dated 18/03/21 they were repeatedly calling 7 times till 07:00 pm why this partiality. You should be very much particular about this and your staff's timing mainly with branch manager.

The mistake was from someone else side though telling them to reverse the money why should I issue an authority letter and why was these staff of yours unnecessarily HARASSING AND CALLING me every now and then. And plus UNNECESSARILY using my name I have nothing to do with this issue, the money has already been blocked and after notifying me I told them to reverse the amount. The money(it's been BLOCKED) is neither with me nor in my account only amount figure is shown, unnecessarily these ### are involving me in this matter. You should take a serious and strict action against this CARELESSNESS, MANNERLESS BEHAVIOUR AND MISBEHAVING with the CUSTOMER.

VERY VERY DISGUSTING, DISTURBING and ANNOYING from icici bank.

But icicibank dosen’t have the CALIBRE to take any action against their CHEAP, CHEATER and FRAUD lady or any staff. They try to SHEILD their staff members and handle the customers complaint lightly and loosely. The icici bank is IGNORANT, CARELESS, NEGLIGENT AND BOTHERLESS to the customers complaint.
