[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Wrong commitment by bank employees | |||
Sir, I visited icici bank bikaner rani bazar branch for open my salary account, and i have also a saving account in icici which is not in use for a long time, but bank employees misguided me and told that dont open salary account, restart your saving account again, i asked them that my account is not in work from a long time, and bank employee said me that no problem if you restart your account bank will deduct only 3 month non maintenance charges rs.1350 only, on this condition i agreed and restart my account, but when my salary came, bank deduct rs.9402 from my account, when i asked tham they told that we can't do anything. I have mailed on [protected]@icicibank.com, but till date i have not received any response by bank, not any action taken by bank.today I mailed again to bank id, kindly solve my issue.
