ICICI Bank — wrong use of public documents | |||
hello this is punit mob no. [protected] i have applied for credit card in icici bank. they call the customer to apply for credit card. they collect the documents and never give any feedback about the application even after the customer calls him. they never give the correct information about the credit card criteria. they just say that, you are eligible for this card. then they collect document every time and nothing happens afterwords. they might be misusing the document. Thanks for your reply. I am really happy that your are working on this. But never offer any thing that a is not eligible for a customer. Just inform him well before, so that his time and money is not wasted. I have lost much money calling the customer care about the reasons for decline of credit card application. Please do not waste money and time of public as it is very precious to you all as well.
