[Resolved]  ICICI Bank,hughes Communication — For not returning my money of amount 2000

I have submitted one form of mba in IIM kolkata through the website of hughes communication. While submitting the form when ever i tried to submit the money through banks they give me error.later on i find out my money has deducted from the bank the 3 times i.e 6000 rupees, one transaction from yes bank and another two from icici bank. I have requested hughes communication to return the money of rupees 4000 .They have asked me to ask your bank for charge back option.I have asked the icici bank for charge back option .It is almost more than one month.I didn't back my money.when ever i called the customer care service they provide my different eta. Lasttime i called on 7th oct 2014 they said you will get the money in your account by 11th oct 2014. Today i called to know the status they said you will get the money with in 3weeks .
