[Resolved]  ICICI Credit Card — Credit Card - fees charged (at the time of offering they told it is free for first year

Dear Sir/adam, My self Dileep Singh CHaran ( [protected]@gmail.com 91-[protected]) -- ICICI Credit card has provided me credit card, at the time of offering it the marketing person on phone had told me that it will be free for the first year and after that it will be chargeable but they had charged and not put penalty and interest and service tax. they are now not listening to me. Please help me how i should proceed.
