I have been trying to reach out to icici customer care for the past 9 months. I'm sending mails to customer. [protected]@icicibank.com.
There are wrong charges in my credit card which is not getting resolved. I'm not able to raise services request through any of mode may it be through email (No response), customer care (Ivr in [protected] is not allowing to connect cce), online account (It is asking for saving account details - i don't have to link a credit card with online account).
I have been mailing icici bank from nov'19 with any reply or support from icici, after reaching out to the local icici branch in koramangala, i got to know that i have to reach out to mythri tower for settlement, where i was asked to reach out to mumbai customer care for "waiver of wrong charges". Icici is charging me every month which i'm not supposed to pay. Kindly help me here in resolving this issue. Was this information helpful? |
