Icici Direct — ICICI Direct Portal Issue - Technical Error

Dear ICICI Direct Users,

Please do not use ICICI Direct portal for trading, I have had many incidents when my options (F&O) got automatically sold out without any sell order created. I lost a lot of amount due to technical failure of ICICI Direct portal. And strange thing is nobody replies on such Service Requests. It was confirmed by Customer Care Execute that there was a technical issue with portal on that day at same time-frame.

They have a strategy that user will be tired by writing and follow-ups and nothing has to be paid back by ICICI Direct.

A trader point of view, It's not easy to get profit booked from F&Os and whenever such chance comes up, the Portal has disappointed me badly.

Please use some other trading platforms which are far better than ICICI Direct.

Incident:

Date: 03May2021, Monday

I picked up an option at price 110/- with 1200 quantities of NIFTY50 and set up the auto sell order at 127/- with same 1200 quantities, within 30 mins option price touched 135/- but my option still not sold out (at 127). Even I was unable to cancel/recreate the sell order not even through direct square-off and this issue was continued for more than 15 mins and after that my option automatically sold out at price of 113. (got 3 rupees profit only).

Profit was setup for 17 points which is:

1200*17 = 20400/-

And this is how I lost profit of 20K just because of portal technical issue. And it's now been more than 17 days nobody updating me on SR.
