ICICI Direct — trading a/c deactivated without prior info and any reason | |||||
My a/c with userid parshurampandit3 was deactivated in mid of january. Since then i am not able to trade or check any fund balance/portfolio. Customer care told there is ekyc pending. Whereas two days back only i received the confirmation mail regarding my ekyc, i have the mail copy. When contacted to icici home branch, they once again took away all the documents and proceeded with the kyc procedure. Two times they wrongly filled the forms (I got the info from icici helpdesk). Third time the regional head at jamshedpur mr. Alok kumar himself filled the form for ekyc (In mid of february). According to him within a week the problem will be resolve, but nothing happened. He told kyc is not cleared by karvy. I called at karvy and cvl. They told they have cleared the kyc. But why still i am not able to login my trading a/c. Icicdirect helpdesk is not responding now. Neither the bank branch is responding. I am now afraid of my investment and ill intention of icici. What to do. Was this information helpful? | |||||
