Icici Direct — unauthorized deduction - icici dp chgs till oct-20

Please note that inr 619.50 have been deducted from my account as dp chgs till oct-20 on 25/11/2020.
I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. This is totally an unacceptable and unethical behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can lose the trust.

It has been around a month since i reported the issue but the same has not been resolved by the icici yet, i am being harassed by the bank. They keep asking for various things like email registration etc. Even after doing it multiple times. I have sent them the demat closure form along with required annexures but again they are trying to walk away with it and not closing my account even after multiple attempts.

Kindly refund my money at earliest. I need justice and my money back immediately.
