[Resolved] ICICI Fastag — Recharge unsuccessful but amount deducted | |
Worst fastag ever!! "The ICICI fastag" My fastag id:[protected]. I've recharged my valet in June 2020 from amount 1000 for which amount deducted 1013/- this still not appeared in my account. Its been already 8 months now. I'm keep on complaining raising complaint ticket on their site but they are closing it without getting solved. Now they even hide option for me to raise complaint and also the history I am not able to see. Their customer care line sucked always have to wait more than 10 mint then automatically getting disconnect. I feel helpless here don't know where to connect. My id is 11229329. They are promising lie and closing complaint ticket:- Firstly they've mentioned we have refunded this money to your bank account then I've sent them my full bank statement Then, on next ticket they mentioned we have transfer money in fastag valet but it wasn't. I am just fed up with this. Now the concern is not money its about unprofessional-ism i am facing from long time. I also quit all the services which i was using from ICICI.
