[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Delay in claim settlement | |||||
Dear sir/mam, Please note that i bought a car insurance (Policy no. (Ilg/[protected], i registered a claim (Claim no. Mot[protected] on 10th november 2015 and submit final un-traced on 12.01.2015, after submission of final document, icici lombard give me a commitment that within 45 days your claim will be processed. After 45 days undersigned person contacted icici lombard customer care, claim manager mr. Nitin saxena and area manager mr. Sanjay thakur regarding regarding the first commitment failed. Subject claim was stuck for last six months by icici without any reason. Icici is harassing the customer without any reason, many fake commitment given to customer regarding the claim settlement. If something happened to me because of this harassment given by you (Icici), who will take the responsibility? Please take action against icici lombard. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||||
