Icici Lombard — DELAY IN D.O | |||
My VW POLO is lying ready for last 4 days at Faridabad Dealer. And the Dealer is not giving vehicle due to non receipt of of DO from your Insurance Co. On 4th June 2015 I recd. A message from icici to contact Mr. SAURAV KUMAR for my Motor Claim No. MOTO4631507. But till date he is not picking or calling back and for last 2 days his phone is going switch off. Why this much delay is made for a very small and undisputed claim Was this information helpful? | |||
