[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Fake deduction | |||||
On behalf of my credit card a mediclaim policy provided to me but i don't received any hard copy or soft copy for this policy i would like to mention that policy had been issued in the month of january 2016 and now we are setting in nov 2016, and also when i asked to give the proof of the policy i got a fake proof which i attached for the reference, they are adding day by day surcharge for the same which effect on my cibil for future reference. apart from that amount had deducted from my personal saving icici bank account and hence i am not able to make any transaction from my same account as this account had been linked with my credit card automatically.
