ICICI Lombard Insurance Company — pathetic customer service | |||
icici Lombard is one of the worst service provider in 2 wheeler insurance . my bike met with an accident. i have submitted the vehicle to authorised royal en field service centre. the bill amount i paid was Rs 15551.they have provided me a claim of Rs 7122.it even less than 50%. I have ask the reason why is it less than 50%. they dint reply even i have escalated to vice president ms vasundhara B still no body has taken any responsibility. fist of all survey officer officer told i will not getting money for tank paint . then i escalated to his manager mr manager about this . his manager told that Rs 900 is already given 1000 more will paid . that didn't happen . i raised by concern to vice president of the grievance cell of icici Lombard somebody shivam or shubam call asking whether its fixed or not . Calling from escalations desk he doesnt know what the issue .this the may they deal with customer. The bike is 18 months old at least i should be getting 75% of the amount i have paid, The part of enfield are all made of irom rarely any plastic part so if you depriciate it will be 20% to 25%.
