[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Motor Insurance claim is not settled after 10 days | |
I met and accident on 22nd May and registered a claim on 23rd May, my car is at the garage from 24th May, 2021. But as per the surveyor ( Soumya Banerjee ) we have to claim for multiple damages though it was happened in a single accident. He is forcing us to pay for two claim, and not co-operating at all. I've zero depreciation insurance and paid a good amount while buying this insurance. Why in the first place the entire process is so much flawed? I cant contact anybody when your surveyor is stupid money seeking person, I called customer service multiple times and they are saying they are just the middleman and cant tell much details on the claim. Now the situation is I dont have any information on the recent status, when will it be resolved and if it'll be resolved at all and I'll get back my car? I dont know why ICICI strategically made this happen to pass so many days without doing anything and torture customers while in claim. But they are very attentive and reachable while buying the insurance. Its not at all expected from ICICI. I need this to be resolved ASAP and get my car.
