[Resolved] Icici Lombard — non refund of excess car ins premium collected | |
Ms Corporate Credit Services, Southend, Bangalore through their co-ordinator Ms Shilpa collected cheque for Rs 4900 (premium) against promised car insurance of Rs 325000 for my i10 car KA 05 MJ[protected] Vide cheque. The cover note was issued for Rs 30000 for a premium of Rs 4029. Hr policy issued for rs 300000 with premium of rs 4900. The discrepancy was notified to the facilitator who promised refund of excess premium Collected. Even after 2 months the problem has not Been solved. My several calls n msgs to the person n available contact Numbers have been a waste. Pl look into n resolve. Pl ensure refund of excess collected. MURALI KRISHNA S A. Mob [protected].
