I have applied for commercial car policy but your agent given me private number car policy when i told her it is wrong then she admit her mistake and told me provide me alternate commercial number car policy i will refund money. Next day i provide alternate insurance copy but she told me do mail mark on customer support i did mail but didn't get money back, they ask cancel cheque, id and address proof, neft form and alternate policy copy, i had given all doc;s but didn't get money back, My policy number :- 3001/[protected]/00/000 Cancellation number :- [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
